The just finished graduate school entrance exam has been called the strictest one in the history; the reasoning being cheating in important exams has been included in the criminal law and could now subject to criminal penalties. However, an alleged cheating incident involving 307 people was still reported in Hubei Province. Has the law failed to deter cheats in exams? |
